    鱼米生活

    从zhuzhu妈妈那里学来了非常美味简单的蒸鱼方法,总算在炖鲫鱼之外又会了一种吃法红心
    原料:鲈鱼一条
    辅料:生姜,香葱,油,盐,李锦记蒸鱼豉油
    做法:菜场里买回杀好的鲜鱼,将鱼洗净,盘子里滴几滴油,鱼放在盘里,两面抹上薄薄的一层细盐,洒上姜丝和葱丝,浇上豉油,放在蒸锅上,水开后十几分钟就蒸好了。
    味道和饭店里的一模一样。从鱼买回来到上桌二十几分钟就好了,推荐给喜欢吃鱼又怕麻烦的朋友们:)
